Hi, Jacque!
I am so happy to have an original Jacque in my living room. Sometimes I just sit on the couch and look at it for hours, playing Italian music in the background. Even though you call it the "Fish Painting", to me-- it's me conversing with my inner self. Somehow I know why Ethan did not want you to sell it. It is also you and Ethan, Nathaniel and me, etc. I love it--the self and the child self or whatever.
I love your work--the color, the line, the shape, the spiritual encounter embodied in each piece. I really sense a lot of magic and mystery--other world behind the veil in the paintings, too. They appear to have a rich simplicity of design, and they do, but they are also immensely complex and depthful. You are an inspiration, and yes, like your friend Michelle says, you are changing the world. May we all be purveyors of a new and better world through our art. And may all people find their creative spark and follow it. Cissy
